各種報道によれば、本日11日午後から明日にかけ、大型で非常に強い勢力の台風19号が、関東地方に上陸するとの予報が出ています。
台風の速度・進路とも流動的ですので、今後の台風情報や、気象台が発表する警報・注意報・気象情報に十分留意してください。
なお、安全を第一に考え週末の外出は避け、ベランダに置いている荷物は室内に入れるなど、各自で必要な対策をとってください。
また、学生団体（課外活動団体、一般学生団体）においても週末の活動を中止するなど、適宜、対策をとってください。

To all students
A powerful and big typhoon (Typhoon No.19) is on track to hit wide areas of eastern Japan including Kanto region this weekend. Strong winds are expected to start from this afternoon (Fri. Oct.11) to Saturday, Oct.12. The typhoon may change the direction and the speed, so please frequently check weather reports for the latest storm watches and warnings.
For your safety, please refrain from going outside for any nonessential or non-urgent reasons till the storm passes by. If you have stuff on your balcony, you better get them inside in order not to take a chance that the stuff will blow away or damage your/others’ windows.
Also, if you have any club activities or events planned on this weekend, please take the appropriate actions (e.g. cancel, or reschedule the event or plan).
